Hi, I'm Kelli

I am a licensed therapist and Clinical Social Worker, providing virtual individual psychotherapy to adults in California. My practice focuses on adults of all ages, providing support with issues including but not limited to depression, anxiety, and post-traumatic stress. With a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Southern California, I draw insights from my broad therapeutic training as well as my own psychotherapy, yoga and mindfulness practices, and my life experiences as a human being and a parent. In therapy, I emphasize deep listening and collaborative exploration, incorporating evidence-based therapies like CBT, DBT, IFST, and EMDR to promote healing and resilience. I am experienced and welcoming to clients ages 18 to 100, and across diverse backgrounds and identities, including LGBTQI+ communities.

My Approach
My therapeutic approach is informed by understanding how our minds develop in relation to our bodies, our worlds, and our relationships. I believe deep listening is crucial in therapy, but so too are active help, feedback, and practical coping tools. We will work collaboratively in therapy to evaluate your challenges and patterns to help you understand your strengths and resolve conflict.
I offer a supportive and compassionate therapeutic environment tailored specifically for your individual circumstances. My approach integrates evidence-based techniques to address trauma, anxiety, and depression while empowering clients to set and achieve meaningful goals aligned with their core values.
My practice focuses on providing long-term therapy for adults, with a specialized focus on individuals dealing with trauma, life stress, anxiety, and depression.
Therapy for Individual Adults
I work with adults of all ages (18+), from adolescence to older adulthood.
My private practice accepts individual clients only, I do not provide couple's therapy.
Virtual Therapy
I provide psychotherapy via telehealth to adults residing in California.
Please note I work exclusively virtually at this time.
Evidence Based Treatment
I am trained in evidence based therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), an extremely effective type of trauma therapy.
Long & Short Term Care
My practice is open to both short and long term clients. I will never keep you in therapy longer than is needed, but I also provide long-term support when clinically appropriate.
